Tasting Notes

 

Colour: Deep amber to light mahogany — entirely natural from sherry oak maturation. 

Nose: Rich dried fruits (raisins, sultanas), ginger, hints of vanilla, cinnamon and orange zest. 

Palate: Full-bodied and rich with layers of dried fruit, citrus, sweet toffee, wood spice, cloves and toasted oak. 

Finish: Long, warm, and lingering with mature oak, dried fruit sweetness and spice.
