The Finca La Colonia Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the Luján de Cuyo district in Mendoza, Argentina. Situated at elevations of 900-1100 meters, these vineyards benefit from cooler temperatures and increased ultraviolet light exposure, promoting extended ripening periods and the development of vibrant flavors and acidity in the grapes. 

Vinification & Aging Methods

Grapes for this wine are hand-harvested to ensure quality. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks at temperatures maintained between 16-18°C (61-64°F) for fourteen days. The wine is bottled early to preserve freshness and varietal expression.
