Shipping policy
At OMY Cellar, we are committed to delivering your wines with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy for important details regarding delivery options, timeframes, and charges.
1. Delivery Locations
OMY Cellar currently offers delivery within Hong Kong, China.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
2. Delivery Charges
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for all orders over HKD 1500.
For orders below this threshold, a delivery charge of HKD 250 will apply.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
If you require a specific delivery window, please notify us at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Signature and Age Verification
Legal Drinking Age: It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age. Upon delivery, our drivers will require valid identification to verify that the recipient is at least 18 years old.
Signature Required: All deliveries must be signed for by an adult. We cannot leave packages unattended.
6. Delivery to Non-Residential Addresses
For deliveries to offices, hotels, or non-residential addresses, please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the specified delivery hours.
7. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or remote areas not accessible by standard delivery services.
