The diverse microclimates and soil types across these regions contribute to the wine’s complexity and balance.


Vinification & Aging Methods

The blend comprises 83.3% Merlot, 10.7% Petite Sirah, 3.4% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2.6% other varietals. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity. Portions of the blend are aged up to 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, enhancing the wine’s texture and adding subtle spice and vanilla notes.


Tasting Notes

This medium-bodied Merlot exhibits a velvety texture with rich fruit impressions. Aromas of red plums, red currants, and allspice are complemented by hints of orange zest, dried black-tea leaf, star anise, vanilla spice, and bittersweet chocolate. The palate is rounded, with slightly gripping tannins leading to a mouthwatering finish.
