Hand-harvested and carefully pressed, the Spätlese is fermented in stainless steel (with occasional barrel inclusion), then aged on its fine lees for 5 months before bottling.

This pale yellow Riesling presents an aromatic bouquet of tropical fruits, citrus, Granny Smith apple, and white peach, wrapped in chalky, flinty minerality. The palate is energetic—off-dry sweetness balanced by laser-sharp acidity and a long, mineral finish.
