The Les Cras vineyard is situated at the very top of the steep slope in Meursault, facing southeast at an altitude of 780 feet, near the border with Volnay. The vineyard’s elevation and exposure provide a cooler microclimate, allowing for a longer growing season and the development of complex flavors.
Vinification & Aging Methods
