The product is developed and produced by the Mindful Sparks team led by co-founders with backgrounds in nutrition, tea science, and functional beverages. The team collaborates with small-scale tea farms and herbalists to source organic tea bases and botanicals. Product development is overseen by an in-house tea specialist who ensures optimal infusion, carbonation stability, and flavor integrity with every batch.


Vineyards and Micro Climate:

Instead of vineyards, the tea leaves are sourced from Fujian Province, China, a region famed for its Dragon Pearl Jasmine Tea. The microclimate is humid with misty hills, rich loamy soil, and moderate elevation — ideal for nurturing delicate green tea leaves and jasmine blossoms used in pearl rolling. The tea is harvested in spring, hand-rolled into pearls, and repeatedly scented with fresh jasmine flowers in controlled ambient conditions.


Vinification & Aging Methods:

This sparkling tea undergoes a non-alcoholic cold infusion process where Dragon Pearl green tea is brewed at low temperatures to preserve antioxidants and delicate aromatics. After steeping, it is infused with carbon dioxide for a fine, champagne-like effervescence. No added sugar or preservatives are used. The finished tea is cold-filled and lightly pasteurized for shelf stability while retaining freshness.


Tasting Notes:

Aromatically floral and refined, the tea opens with ethereal jasmine blossom, white gardenia, and melon skin. The palate is delicately sweet, silky, and slightly creamy, followed by green tea astringency and soft carbonation. The texture is elegant, with persistent bubbles and a clean, refreshing finish. It mimics the structure of a dry pét-nat or sparkling sake, making it ideal for food pairing or aperitif enjoyment.


Food & Wine Pairing:

Pairs beautifully with delicate dishes such as sashimi, steamed seafood, dim sum, or goat cheese salads. The jasmine floral lift enhances dishes with ginger, lemongrass, and white fish. It also complements desserts like almond tofu, mochi, or citrus sorbet. A perfect non-alcoholic companion to multi-course tasting menus or afternoon tea.


Service Methods and Temperatures:

Serve chilled at 6–8°C in a flute, tulip, or white wine glass to enhance aromatic clarity and bubble finesse. Gently invert before opening to redistribute sediment (if present). Do not shake. Best enjoyed freshly opened. Ideal as a refined alcohol-free aperitif.


Storage and Aging Potential:

Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best consumed within 12 months of bottling for optimal carbonation and aroma. Though non-perishable, extended aging may soften aromatics and reduce effervescence. Not designed for long-term cellaring.
