Founded in 1859, Maison Louis Jadot is a prestigious and well-known winery in Burgundy’s Côte d’Or. The estate has continually produced wines that reflect the nuances of Burgundy’s terroir. 


Producer and Winemaker

Louis Jadot’s esteemed winemaker, Frédéric Barnier, upholds the house’s philosophy of minimal intervention, allowing each wine to showcase its unique origin. 


Vineyards and Microclimate

The grapes for this 100% Pinot Noir are harvested by hand, with a portion of the grapes being aged for eight to ten months in oak barrels, showcasing the unique characteristics of the region.

Vinification & Aging Methods

The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo traditional vinification methods. Aging lasts 8 to 10 months in oak barrels from their cooperage or in stainless steel vats before being bottled.

Tasting Notes

Harmonious and balanced, with a plump fruitiness and silky texture offset by round, gentle tannins in a wine of medium body and elegant structure.

Service Methods and Temperatures

To fully appreciate its freshness and aromatic profile, serve this wine slightly chilled at a temperature between 16 to 17 degrees Celsius (61 to 63 degrees Fahrenheit).
