Winery Background and History
In 2013, the city of Dijon acquired the 160-hectare Domaine de la Cras, located just outside the city limits. This estate includes 8 hectares of vineyards—5 hectares planted with red varieties and 3 hectares with white—classified under the Bourgogne AOC, with the potential for an additional 13 hectares. Marc Soyard, originally from the Jura region and formerly associated with Domaine Bizot, has been managing Domaine de la Cras since 2014. Under his guidance, the estate practices organic and biodynamic viticulture, although it is not officially certified.
